  • First-time Job Seekers Payment Exemption (RA 11261)

    Under the "First Time Jobseekers Assistance Act" (Republic Act No. 11261), first-time job seekers can be exempt from the CAV fee by providing a Barangay Certification. This certification must confirm that the individual is a first-time job seeker and has resided in the Barangay for at least six (6) months.

    Create your CHED One Touch User Account by filling in all required fields with accurate information. Use a valid email for notifications and verification. Choose a secure password, then submit the form to complete your registration.

    Submit application

    Prepare all required documents and have scanned copies ready for upload. Complete the eCAV application form with accurate information, ensuring all fields are filled. Double-check your entries and upload clear, correctly formatted documents to avoid processing delays.

    Online Payment

    Make your payment easily using our secure online facility. We offer various options, including Landbank ATM, GCash, and ShopeePay. Choose the most convenient method, and ensure your payment is processed to avoid delays in your application.

    Wait for CHED Processing

    CHED will carefully review and verify your submitted academic records. This includes validating the authenticity of your Transcript of Records (TOR), diploma, and any other required documents. The processing time may vary depending on the volume of applications, but rest assured that CHED is ensuring the integrity and accuracy of your records before proceeding to the next step. Please monitor your account for updates or notifications regarding the status of your application.

    For local applications, you can download a copy of your eCAV directly from your account. For applications intended for use abroad, certificates will still be printed on security paper and must be picked up from the designated regional office.
